 IT PITSTOP engineers spent last week at the ShoreTel Conference updating certifications and reviewing the product road map. It was an exciting week! ShoreTel 11 will support virtualization, giving users the ability to employ different methods of resiliency and redundancy. 11 will also support " Simultaneous Ring," which will give users the ability to transfer calls from their cell to their office phone (and visa versa) with the push of a button.
